About KOA Technologies

Founded in 2013, Koa Technologies is guided by the vision of its founders, Kaione R. Newton, CPO and Timothy J. Roe, MD. Their goal is to integrate leading edge technologies into the design, fabrication, fitting and use of high-performance prosthetic devices. Mr. Newton is a certified prosthetist and orthotist with nearly fifteen years of experience in the design, fabrication and fitting of prosthetics. Dr. Roe is a diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific.
